Practical And Trecherous Highway
The P.A.T.H. is the primary project of NICO. It is a highway and railroad system connecting the various Towns of NewSpawn Reborn.
Resource Exploitation
The NICO Resource Explotation division or NICORE is dedicated to exploiting any resources offered by the Nether. It is planned to create a Magma Cube farm and a Blaze farm.

The Nether City is a planned project for a city based in the nether. It is going to be built around the nether world origin.
